Joka’s new long-life milk!
For the first time in history, our dairy offers long-life milk. Long-life milk has always been an essential part of a healthy meal. Besides being packed with vitamins and minerals, long-life milk sets you up for a healthy, energetic start to your day.
This sterilized and homogenized cow’s milk is unlike anything in our current range. It’s the first product packaged in carton packaging with an extended shelf life of up to 6 months. Made with love and maintaining Joka’s renowned quality, this cow’s milk can sit on the shelf or in the refrigerator for months without losing its signature taste.
The processing of long-life milk differs from fresh milk, as it’s heated to 140°C for 2 seconds. This UHT (ultra-high temperature) processing ensures the milk remains fresh and retains its nutritional value for longer. This process breaks down enzymes in the milk that are resistant to high temperatures, extending the milk’s shelf life.
What Makes Joka’s New Long-Life Milk Special?
Joka’s new long-life milk is rich in calcium, protein, and beneficial carbohydrates, which are excellent for maintaining healthy bones and teeth, and overall health.
With 2.8% milk fat and containing only 1.6g of saturated fatty acids, this cow’s milk is also enriched with 8 essential vitamins:
