Blend the ingredients with a mixer, add the flour in the end and mix by hand.
Add half of the sour cherries in the mixture and pour it in greased baking pan no. 30, which is then placed in a preheated oven at 200 °C. After 4 to 5 minutes add the remaining sour cherries. Bake for around +- 20 minutes, depending on the oven. After cooling, sprinkle powdered sugar, cut into cubes and serve with one sour cherry on top with a can of JOKA soured milk.
