Spinach and cheese pie

Preparation:
All of the abovementioned ingredients are mixed, and the dough is kneaded with flour, in order not to make it sticky. It is split into 4 smaller balls. They are all kneaded to the size of a small pizza.
Toppings:
- Tomato puree or ketchup.
- Grated zucchini previously drained with a little salt.
- Chopped fresh mushrooms.
- Half an onion.
- Grated cheese and hard cheese mixed.
- Oregano and a little pepper
Baking:
Bake at 180˚C for 10 to 15 minutes, depending on the oven. Serve hot with JOKA sour cream as an addition. Enjoy your meal.
